Amerikan Ichi - Réserver une table

Trying to give this place a 2nd... no 3rd ... no wait... 4th chance over the past year. Always the same story, the food is always at least a 90 min wait, there are always excuses for being out of something, miso soup today (oh they were not out only I would have to wait another 15 minutes to get my order complete even though they had my order for 90 minutes already).. all the wasabi and ginger were one of the 7 orders that I placed... they were out of other items and to top things off they closed due to computer failures. There are no fish In the fish tank. The sushi chefs are speaking Spanish to their friends at the so called sushi bar, the bathroom was a mess. We are done. Enough is enough...

I had an excellent dining experience at Amerikan Ichi in Placerville, CA. This clean and cozy spot serves amazing food with high-quality sushi and fresh ingredients. The customer service was outstanding, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch sushi place!… oh, and the Lobster roll, everyone needs to try at least once, so good!

I had previously rated this restaurant higher, but they have gotten so slow preparing food that I can't recommend it anymore. The food still tastes great, but waiting over an hour after we have ordered a small amount of sushi to get our food to the table is unacceptable.

I wish I had had the opportunity to try their food but the propane was out; therefore their options were significantly less. However, I wish it had been something that they said at the door instead of having us wait at the table for 20 minutes to tell us about.

The chefs were too loud to sit at bar. Always shouting for help!
