Amias Delicatessen

I really enjoy Amias Sensitivessen. The food is great, a little pricey but definitely worth it. Unfortunately, the delivery driver accidentally dropped my jumbo ice cream coffee, but only admitted to the mistake regarding the sandwich. On 4/15/21, they were 10 minutes late with my order and didn't inform me about the delay. Amias charges $25.00 for 15 Buffalo wings, while other restaurants charge $13.00 for the same amount. One employee mentioned that the price increase was due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which was news to me as I didn't know chickens could get that virus. Perhaps chickens should wear masks. I visited the store on Saturday 2/5 and I must say I had the best service ever!!! Michelle was super welcoming and went beyond to make my experience pleasant. The counter coffee pots were cleaned for the day, but they immediately finished their previous customer and offered a cup from the pot behind the counter. And the All American Sandwich she made WAS DELICIOUS and I had so many, but that was it. I would try to get there to lunch instead of my neighborhood delis that you treat like your garbage. A good deli is always hard to find! This one is a jewel and the best in East Meadow and around. The food here is delicious, fresh, consistent and very importantly fairly priced. This is our go to for breakfast and everything we order has never disappointed us. The coffee choice is also good and the Guatemala roast is just a heavenly sip in the morning. We also tried their sandwiches and they were just amazing and flavorful as well. These guys are talented and completely know what they are doing. Go Amia's!!

The restaurant offers a wide selection of affordable breakfast options, deli sandwiches, and wraps that are available throughout the day. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, however, be aware that there are limited seating options available.

The Cranberry Chicken Salad in a whole wheat wrap is absolutely delicious. The paninis and wraps here are generously sized and highly recommended.
