This place is a sham! The gelato is not authentic and tastes far from it. This place claims to be associated with the famous Gelateria La Carraia located in Firenze, but is just an imposter. This location tries to deceive it well with a copied logo, similar interior, and a fake backstory on how they are associated to the original spot. I just traveled to the original location in Firenze, which claimed to have no other brand associations other than the historic shop on Ponte alla Carraia in Firenze. Don't waste your time or money here looking for an authentic gelato experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went a little less than a month ago, the person who served me did not have the slightest idea about the menu, we ordered two breakfasts and he gave us something different, that same person was the one who went into the kitchen to prepare the food, we still paid what he said, we left the place and he came out to make us refund because he forgot to charge us something else, I wouldn't recommend it

I am completely in love with the six dairy-free flavors offered at this restaurant! My top picks are the banana and dark chocolate - they are exceptionally delicious. The fruity flavors are also wonderfully refreshing.
