This restaurant is a joke. If you want to waste money and get ripped off well, go to the right place. If you read this review, are you likely gogling Mexican restaurants nearby with good rating am I right? I have read some negative reviews about how the part of the food is small and not really get what you pay so the other reviews for this restaurant is accurate. Nothing special here aside for a good walk in a small alley. The waitress wants to make a bit more lace for a small order, so she decided to load $2 OPEN FOOD for extra caramel sauce and in the way his not even a real caramel sauce. Churros was a size of a tip to give you a better sense of this photo. It's disappointing.
Not sure if I get the hype. The food and experience were?t BAD, but I think there was so much more to expect and we were thoroughly disappointed. Queso was just nothing special, and that seemed to be a common theme during the meal. The chips were fried, huh? v was looked over if there was not an absurd amount given in consideration of the tiny part of queso. As far as the main dishes are concerned, the ground beef seemed to be spiced in the cripple pack supremeo and underwhelmed overall. It was just so easy, I wonder why this dish was called famous on her menu. You can probably find better quality and parts of everything on the menu elsewhere. Just as average.
Stopped by this afternoon for a quick bite and sat on the patio. Lots of seating available and great service. Had my food within 10 minutes of ordering! The margarita is to die for, and I highly recommend the salsa trio (the green salsa is the best! . Ordered the birria tacos but was surprised at the spice level. If you?re not a fan of spice, I?d avoid this dish! Definitely had my nose running! Overall 5 stars. I?ll definitely be back!
The positives are friendly staff and cocktails were good. The birria tacos were slightly burned, but taste was good. The Al Pastortacos were too salty for our pleasure. Beautiful terrace and setting with the exception of the loud hard rock music playing, it felt out of place.
