Their shift manager got real short with me for not ?being clear? about wanting a meal instead of just a sandwich. I then had to wait almost 10 minutes to wait for fresh fry?s that wernt even in the bag and note that?s 15 of my 30 minute lunch waisted. Atthis point I wouldn?t recommend this place I?ve not only waisted my lunch but only got part of my food that I paid for don?thave the time to go back through a slow moving line
The manager was rude to me because she misinterpreted my order, thinking I only wanted a sandwich instead of a meal. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for fresh fries, which weren't even ready when they finally arrived, cutting into half of my 30-minute lunch break. I cannot recommend this place, as they not only delayed my service but also provided only part of the meal I paid for, all due to a slow line.
Poor customer service. I asked for a steak burrito with a drink and the girl didnt charge me for the drink I had asked for. And the guy who brought me my food was extremely rude when I asked for a cup for the drink I shouldve gotten in the first place. Itwas my first time going to Amigos and received poor employee conduct from the workers there. I am gonna think twice on if I wantto return to amigos
The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a steak burrito along with a drink, but the server forgot to include the drink. When I requested a cup for my drink, the person who delivered my food was quite rude. This was my first visit to Amigos, and I was not impressed by the team's management. I bring 3 children here for lunch. Once I order I realized the dining area is closed and bathrooms. I asked the employee why. He tells me due to Covid. If you guys are so concerned why is none of the employees wearing a mask? They do have tables outside but they were super dirty and next to a trash can that is over flowing and leaking. The food was hot and fresh.
Oh man. Every time I asked foe just a plain hamburger there was cheese, pickles, mustard, Mayo, and whatever else they wanted to put on it. Especially never come on sundays the customer service is terrible on those days.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE THEY HAND ME A DRINK OVERFLOWING WITH POP EVERYWHERE. I DO NOT WANT POP ALL OVER MY CAR. 99% OF THE TIME MY SIMPLE ORDER IS INCORRECT. FOR THE PRICE YOU CHARGE I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE RIGHT.
I get breakfast once a week. 2 burritos and coffee. They are friendly, quick and the food is good everytime. It has always been a good experience. Keep up the good work morning crew! Réservez une table maintenant
