I was NOT amused by this place at all! From the very start, badly photocopy of a menu! Next the appetizer- I love coconut shrimp so I ordered it. It was every kind of wrong! I think it was a panko shrimp. Was supposed to be served with mango chutney. I was give a salty cup if soy sauce. I should have stopped there but I was hungry so went for a burger. I watched the last prepare the sandwich. The it sat and it sat and it sat, and not under any kind of a heat lamp. Finally the Skinny fries, really frites, but what would they know, we’re added. Watched the server take and old bottle of catsup and bang it into a cup to be served most unceremoniously. The burger, besides being cold, had ZERO sea...
Ordered the truffle fries, calimari, and edemame dumplings. The fries were the best of the three. They came crispy and packed with flavor. The calimari tasted frozen and the dumplings had very little flavor. My colleagues ordered the burger and they said it was okay. I ordered the steak salad and it was awful. The steak had zero flavor… no salt, no pepper, no seasoning at all. The dressing on the salad was good but there was not enough. I think this is a better place for happy hour ordering appetizers than lunch. I hope their dinner entrees are better, otherwise I would not return. It’s a shame because the space is beautiful and potentially a great place for a business lunch or dinner.
We had an amazing experience during our stay at the hotel for four days. We visited the bar and were treated to the incredible creations of Zaheer. He is friendly and makes delightful, refreshing drinks. We found ourselves returning to the bar each day just to enjoy more of Zaheer's concoctions. We will definitely be coming back to Le Meridien and Amuse!
It was a busy Sunday morning with a steady flow of customers, but there was only one server on duty. It was clear she was focused on one task at a time, as she walked past us several times without acknowledging us or bringing anything to our table. The food did not justify the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I am a regular at Amuse Le Meridien, as it is next door to my office. The food, service and ambience all top my list—-excellent. I want to give Doug, bartender and who graciously waited on us a “high five”. He was always pleasant and helpful. His recommendation Cajun Penne and Old Bay chicken wings just hit a spot.
I made a reservation by OpenTable, but the location was closed! When I called the hotel to inform you, they said that the restaurant was closed all weekend. No explanation of why reservations were still available on OpenTable. If you want to eat here, you know that online booking does not guarantee anything.
We had an excellent experience at Amuse, thanks to the fantastic service and delicious menu options. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners on late evenings, breakfast, and a special family brunch during our stay. Highly recommended!
We really enjoyed the lovely restaurant, but what stood out even more were the fantastic waiters, who also served as the bartenders. We look forward to returning for another visit!

Merry some of my business partners there before a event and it was professional and the lounge was great. The view is the best also
We went there for breakfast with the family. The service was quite slow, and our hot chocolate was overlooked.
