This place is a literal disaster. We have loved Mellow Mushroom for years. Tried to go to this one yesterday around 4:40pm. Called on the way and were told it was a 15 minute wait for 2 people on the patio.We cannot do call ahead seating but 15 minutes isnt bad. We arrived in about 15 minutes and WOW took over 7 minutes to be greeted. Just stood there for a while upon being greeted we were told the patio was not open told it was an hour and a half wait at least male and female who spoke to us did so in a manner that we decided we would t be comfortable eating here anyway. First time visiting, the pizza was very good in itself. The inside of the place is decorated very nice, it has a retro psychedelic feel to the place. We sat outside in the patio but there was alot of bird droppings on the table and chairs which was a bummer.We decided to order some drinks and one of the drinks was very watered down, we told the waitress and she said that she had to go ask and they told her they didn’t know which drink they had poured. Upon that she told us that they were out of ingredients to make most of the drinks so we went with the sunrise drink which was delicious!The service was a bit slow but the waiter was kind. The food and drinks took a long time about 30+ minutes...
The food at this restaurant is incredible; I've nearly sampled everything on the menu. The pizzas are not only visually stunning, but they taste amazing as well. I particularly love the Cloud 9 wings, and even their salads are impressive—which is saying something since I'm not usually a fan of salads. They use fresh ingredients, and their homemade ranch dressing is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and the manager, Robert, is very hands-on and attentive. I've seen him personally check in with customers and introduce himself, which demonstrates top-notch service. Plus, the theme of the place is fantastic! I would give it a five-star rating all around.
I just arrived at the Fort Worth location, and I have to say, it's a complete disaster! They put up a "closed for maintenance" sign at 8 PM on a Saturday night, even though there were clearly people inside eating. It feels really sketchy. They can't keep up with their customers and seem to be seriously understaffed. This experience has been terrible. We drove all this way only to find out they were closed due to an incompetent team that really needs to be replaced! If I could give zero stars, I would! I recommend avoiding this place and heading to a different location in Fort Worth instead!

We ordered two pizza and a calozon. Ordered a glass of wine and my husband ended going to the bar to get it. Bartender asked someone sitting at the bar to open it. We recieved one pizza and the calozon. The kitchen had a large meat pizza (our.pizza) and did not know who's it was and threw it away. So they had to remake it. We had to wait for cheese dip for the pretzel bits.It was sent to the table without it. We had guests from out of town with us. They whole evening was horrible. Did not think it was the waitresses fault. Kitchen and Bartender.
Great candidate for undercover boss. This place was a disaster. Waited at the door for 10 min before anyone even acknowledged us. Kids running around a yelling like they were at Chuck E. Cheese. Hostess and manager were completely overwhelmed and the patio was empty and the inside wasn’t half full. On a Saturday night! I asked if they were short staffed, looking for any reason for the chaos, and was told no they weren’t short staffed.Time to get a new team in this place and start over. Brutal visit.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. However, we placed an online order 1 hour in advance. We arrived 15 minutes late, and still waited 30 more minutes. The wait staff checked in and offered us drinks but that's a crazy wait time for 2 pizzas and some pretzels.We then arrived at the hotel to eat and found out that they gave us the non Vegan pretzels. They did refund us without any fuss, but honestly it was an awful experience.Pizza was pretty good.
I worked here as a hostess a few months ago, and I can confidently say I will never return. The staff seemed to think I was strange for simply being myself. Additionally, I didn't receive proper training. Most of the time, I was left to manage things on my own, and only a couple of days did the other hostess work alongside me during the entire 1-2 months I was there.

We’ve been separate locations and enjoy their pizza immensely. Their crust is divine. We sat outside and most of the chairs were covered with bird poop, kind of a downer. The pizza takes a while, but we’re used to that. And it’s worth the wait. We had the pretzels with the beer, cheese, queso, and a couple of drinks.our waitress was good but kind of slow.
Cheese bread and other appetizer where great! Steak hoodie very subpar. TO MANY BAR FLIES OR GNATS !! Could not enjoy my food , one landed in my beer and I couldn't finish it.
