It's a shame that the only BK in the North Arlington area is this subpar. I don't visit frequently, but every time that I do, there's always enough wrong that I don't thoroughly enjoy the experience.This time, the drive-thru menu display was busted open, door swinging around, and the employee on the intercom was curt, trying to get our order as fast as possible like we were an inconvenience. The onion rings were perfect (probably because they had to cook them for me), but the Whopper was luke-warm, especially the bun, which felt like it could have been a fridge prior to my burger.
If I can't give stars to this place, I would. Forever evil, no matter what time a day I tried to go. Only one person seems to work. But since the dinning room NIE open I really don't know. Eating is always cold and taste old. Will be upset if you want a refund and need to call someone to bite with the refund because the person does not know how to do it. I'll never be back. I do not recommend . Find another location. Oh, and they almost never have anything.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered three Cheeseburgers and three helicopters. It felt like they did it 1 hour before I got there and served me. The food was so cold. Not much taste. The quality of Burger King has gone downhill. Whether I was so cold, I noticed that the workers don't even wear Burger King clothes. They also wore no kind of gloves. I'll never eat at Burger King again.
There was one and no one talked to us as a customer. For 5 minutes, when the employees got in and out, no one took our order. Dropped behind the counter to see what was going on, and it was disgusting. Prep Lady treated salad with her bare hands and throws pieces back into the bowl of salad when they fell out. We just left without words.

Forgot to give me my fries. Food was cold. Which I don't understand because it took us a while to receive the food. Not only that... I also found sugar ants in my order. I've tried calling many times &the phone doesn't even ring. I will try driving up there once again see if they do anything about it.
i ordered food through uber eats probably why it was cold but ordered the BK Royal Parmesan chicken sandwich and it was 2 small flat chicken patties and not the thick chicken breast you see on the menu or commercials
Closed an hour early, workers inside refused to speak to us or let us know over the speaker that they were closed, just made us sit there. Ridiculous.
I still love a whore with cheese and bacon. Still big and juicy. Look for vouchers. Get a bigger dinner 6.99. 12.99 for two. Food: 5/5
