We had dinner here just by accident, passed by on our way to the hotel. They should give this restaurant a Michelin Star, food was extremely good and service even better. We had the Amuse Menu and maybe they just need to reduce the amount on the plate when you have so many courses, because it was just a little bit too much. If I visit Dublin again I will definitely make reservations!!
Amuse is almost next door to another highly rated restaurant, The Greenhouse. We have dined at both and in all areas Amuse trumps the Greenhouse! The atmosphere is warmer, the staff are more welcoming and friendlier and the food which was better and simply divine. The excellent wine pairing rounded off this discrete and convivial experience.
fantastic afternoon, enjoy the tasting menu. the manager, darren, was incredibly courtesy and essentially allowed to choose 4 dishes from the al la carte. memorable meal. great amuse bouches. presentation of the gambas was really nice and the satay sauce was a perfect companion. for me the eating grass has a lot with the smoked aal. more

Wow!! Had lunch in Amuse today it was AMAZING! Presentation of the food was exquisite the food was a little peace of heaven. We will definitely return.
Insisted that we did not have a reservation although I was able to show them the open table confirmation. No apologies given. Just sent us on our way
