I have been a long standing customer from back when there was only 1 location. We ordered out today, and I placed an order for an Ananas Special. I bit into the sub, something was off. I opened up the sub and realized they forgot to add the turkey. I called Ananas and instead of saying come back sorry for the mix up something anything, whoever was on the phone insisted he put the turkey and I was wrong. While I’m staring at my sandwich that clearly was made incorrectly, a sorry about that would have been acceptable. I ended up hanging up because I wasn’t getting anywhere and I wasn’t about to argue over a slice of Turkey for the next 10 mins. I am writing this hoping the owner will see this...
Beware of this restaurant. Ordering here can be frustrating. When you call, they seem eager to get off the phone as quickly as possible. In-person, they often ignore customers or fail to respond to direct questions. They don’t even take notes on orders and frequently ask patrons to repeat their selections. The wait times for orders are excessively long. I noticed that they appeared to be more friendly toward other customers, particularly men, which could be due to unfamiliarity with me. However, during my visit alone, the staff was noticeably ruder compared to when I was with a friend. At one point, the cashier took my card to process the payment, treating me like a child. here is trash! an rude, dry, looking guy who works the register has the worst attitude of the world. I ordered a cocktail smoothie that this guy grabbed a cocktail cook that sat in a refrigerator for at least 4 5 days, because all the fruits were rotten, so that he covered him with some juice and I left the load that did not notice the difference. all because he didn't want to dirty his mixer to wash it again because it was at 11:30 in the night. he sold me as he felt, not what I ordered. Anyway, I'll never eat in a hundred years at any place called ananas. that was a fiction that was well taught. f here!
I decided to visit this restaurant based on their menu, but when I arrived, I discovered they have a completely different night menu. I ordered some food, which took 25 minutes to arrive. The sandwiches were acceptable, but the fries were truly terrible—I couldn't even eat them. They were like generic frozen fries that had been undercooked, soft, limp, and barely warm. I ended up spending way too much money on food that was nearly inedible. I didn’t have time to enjoy my meal because of the long wait, so I had no choice but to write it off. I definitely wouldn’t go back again.

I just got the delivery and never ordered from here. I'll be honest. I hate to do business, but this was the worst thing I ever had. my daughter and I were disgusting. ordered the meat-sharama cellars that honestly not even tested like sharama and leave bad taste in their mouth. hummus’s was as crispy as if they had not taken the time to run it long enough to make it smooth. the thunfish sub was terrible, a bite threw him out. for the owner be careful how to eat is made someone will get badly ill. I'm sorry, but it was so bad I threw it all away. you were all warned.
disgusting as absolutely disgusting eating was terrible. He tasted old, looked weird and dry. you need to use an extreme force to swallow a bite. I never ordered food and felt that I had to call the health department the next day. so far. I literally wouldn't feed it to a possum, I'm sure it didn't eat it anyway. The badest food ever and it’s very expensive the man on the phone so weird the shawarma is pieces of meet it’s not even shawarma the chicken shawarma is very bad cold and need alot of salt the wings are frided in old oil like one year and burned the barbecue wings are bitterVery bad experience
I placed an online order for $45, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I tried calling, but nobody answered. This feels very suspicious and fraudulent. I have no way to get my money back. I would recommend avoiding this place to avoid being scammed!

They never get an order right. Always missing something. I ordered 2 subs 1 no pickles and 1 no lettuce , and both subs were wrong. My kids refused to eat them even after I tried removing the pickles. 20 and 2 subs were thrown in the trash.
Late night hours, great service and good food... Diverse menu... Loved it
