I heard great things about this restaurant, so I organized a small dinner gathering. Their website doesn't allow for table reservations, and initially, it seemed like only takeout and delivery were available. I decided to call and made a reservation. When our drinks and appetizers arrived, the staff seemed very busy, and everything was in motion in the kitchen. However, our main courses took an unusually long time to arrive. We had to speak up, as orders from guests seated after us were being served before ours. Angela's Kitchen is a hidden gem in Alameda, located at 1640 Park Street, next to the Alameda Market Place. Saboor, the chef/owner, creates excellent daily preparations of fresh fish, meats, and poultry, using only the finest ingredients. The outstanding seasonal salads are refreshing, and his homemade desserts are a great way to end a wonderful meal. Angela's is easily one of the best restaurant's in the San Francisco Bay Area!
I was here last night with my party loved it. It’s next door to the marketplace. I had the French onion soup and linguine with spicy chicken sausage meat sauce, both excellent, but the soup was truly on the wow level. I’ve read some of the other reviews in here and all I have to say is some people can never be satisfied . I’d definitely come back again and again. Fabulous wine and cocktail menu as well.
Food was pretty good. I had a couple of small plates and they were indeed very small. The bartender was awesome making custom drinks for one of our guests celebrating an engagement. Hats off to him for making something special for her. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

So so good you could get a salmon dinner and they give you soup salad and it’s $25.
