I was excited to share Angelina's with my fiance and her family as they are new to Elyria, but thanks manager Joe and his horrible customer service that did not happen. We had some mix ups with our order and issue with the coupon we were using. With the staff calling us back twice to clear up everything. While there was confusion they were very polite and helpful however, when I inquired to just have our delivery covered I was referred to Joe and he refused. Even after I explained the back and forth with all the confusion he literally did not care. I really like this place but with poor managers like Joe I'll just order from Cozzeria's, Sambino's or Uncle Al's. All of which are local places...
I was hungry for pizza for lunch. There were so many pizza places that were not open at lunch time. Luckily I found Angelina’s Pizza, off of Abbe rd , in Elyria. This was my first time in. I was happy to see they had a lunch special! 1 topping small pizza and a drink for under $10! I placed my order at the counter and sat down. I loved the scalloped edges of the pizza. Very nice touch and it made that part of the crust nice and crispy. Good sauce! I would say the thickness was a hand tossed crust, which I like. Pepperoni is good and a good amount of cheese for it not being extra cheese pizza. If you are in Elyria and looking for pizza for lunch, give Angelina’s pizza a try.
I have been ordering Angelina's since I've lived in elyria. It used to be my favorite spot now I prefer pizza from other places. The last 2 times my chicken bacon ranch pizza wasn't cooked all the way. The pepperoni was supposed to be well done, it wasn't. It was so unbelievably greasy I couldn't even eat it. Pizza is over priced greasy and gross. After being a long time customer I won't be returning.
Called tonight and ordered pizza they said 45 minutes took a hour and a half and I had to call them to see where my pizza was called at 7:26 and it finally arrived at 8:57 usually don't have a problem from them and it's not like I order one this I spent $70 Réservez une table maintenant
