This is a crazy disappointing experience at this place. As I am a croissant coffee lover and enjoy trying different places in the city. I live in the neighbourhood and this place was on my list for a while. i finally had a chance to drop by and I ordered 1 “double baked almond chocolate croissant” and a large size Americano. Then I noticed I got a small size Americano so I went back to the same girl and found out that was her mistake. Fine. Then she would just poured into the large cup and she quickly added more hot water. That’s it!! At that point I wasn’t even sure if she charged me for large or small so I asked her if they charge more for large just to add more hot water and her reply was they are the same price. She said either small or large has 2 espresso shots and large has more hot water. I was very confused and maybe needed just a strong espresso shot after hearing what she said. So joke aside, I asked her again if they charge the same for both sizes and she said yes. Then when I checked the menu board, it clearly indicates the price difference. The large has higher price, of course. I was annoyed she was dishonest and she said she would make another one in small size since I wanted a stronger one and didn’t want the large based in her explanation and it’s more diluted. At that point I wasn’t a happy customer but didn’t want to be another “Karen” in town so I sat down and just tried to forget about it. The coffee? It was like dripped coffee. Weak and mediocre. They use the espresso machine though. Then the “double baked almond CHOCOLATE croissant”. After a few bites, I noticed the chocolate flavour is missing. I had to really look closer to find any chocolate. As you see the photo shot, I found one tiny piece of chocolate in entire dimension. I kept eating further hoping there is more chocolate? Nope. Another small piece of chocolate. There’s not much difference between the regular almond croissant “almond chocolate croissant”. This place was a big let down and I will take my money to somewhere else. To add to this experience, those two Asian girls were not friendly yet stand offish right from the beginning. Do they train them properly or that’s how they were trained? Too bad, the level of Angus went anxious. Quite a bit.

A sweet morning at Angus with my sister. It can’t be better to get your hot beverage with one of the filled croissant with chocolate raspberry and hazelnut. We didn’t stay in and came out by the beach and enjoyed ourselves outside. The selection of the sweets are so wide and fresh you will definitely find one that suits your taste.Vegetarian options: All of options are Vegetarian friendlyDietary restrictions: I don’t think soParking: Yeltown street expensive paid parkingKid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Great coffee! Really enjoyed the raspberry and chocolate croissant. Just be sure to go early as the pastries will be snapped up by end of day. Also worth noting, they accept cash. Some nearby businesses would only accept card payment. Definitely a bonus point for this bakery!Well worth the visit for the pastries alone!

Croissant is amazing! Super good! But coffee is not good … I could use my Nespresso machine to make better cup of coffee ?
