My friends and I waited for more than an hour for our food at this restaurant. The female staff members were rude, displaying a lack of concern for our experience. As we left, we noticed a white van parked at the back of the building where we had parked. The driver was smoking inside the vehicle while collecting food orders. This lack of regard for health and safety standards is concerning and should be addressed by the appropriate authorities.
Food fantastic, service couldn't be faulted. Could do with upgrading the bathroom. If you like Indian cuisine then you will not be disappointed with a visit to the Annapurna! By far tge best indian around. Service at times can be slow but definitely worth the wait when your meal comes. The staff are always pleasant and the cost is reasonable. Never been disappointed
