I requested to speak with a manager but was told there wasn’t one available, so I spoke with the lead staff member instead. Unfortunately, he didn't even apologize and merely asked what I wanted. I explained that we just wanted our dinner, not the pizzas sitting in the warmer, as well as a credit back to our account or a refund. He offered to remake our pizzas and promised to get them to us within half an hour, but said he couldn't provide a refund or credit. However, he did offer a complimentary brownie dessert.

We’ve been semi-methodically trying all of the pizza places within a reasonable drive of our house. The goal is to find the best pizza available to us. With 20+ places to try, it takes a while.We gave Marcos a try about 3 weeks ago. The problem we ran into is that it’s so good we haven’t tried anywhere else since. My wife starts asking about pizza after a few days now, she is hooked!Pizzas are reasonably priced, we can get lunch for two for something like $14 total. Marco's has really good pizza. We have never ate inside the restaurant, so I can't speak to the ambiance of it. We always order delivery. The pizza always arrives quickly and is fresh and hot. We get the large pepperoni and, if the grandkids are here, we get a cheese pizza too. The pizza is the perfect thickness. Not so thin that your pizza is flopping around and the toppings are falling off, and not so thick that it's just too much to even fit in a bite. They are very generous with their toppings, which I love because I want lots of pepperoni on my pizza. And they have an amazing Parmesan crust. There was one instance when I went to pick up my order after placing a delivery request because the pizza looked like it had fallen on the floor – it was inedible and completely messed up. I didn’t even receive an apology or a refund for the $5.50 delivery fee I had already paid. I genuinely want to support this restaurant, but it's challenging with young kids when the pizza takes so long and isn't always reliable. Just last week, our order took 1 hour and 20 minutes, and by the time it arrived, the pizza was cold. I’m not sure what the solution is, but I hope they can resolve these issues soon.

Our first time here, overall we liked it but definitely could use improvements.For the next time I’ll ask for more pineapple as it was a bit skimpy, hubby loved his deluxe pizza but was disappointed in the canned mushrooms! I have been a long time customer the food has always been good and if I have any problems, they take care of it immediately I would highly recommend this place to anybody. But the only thing I don’t like is I can no longer use the app I don’t know why, it’s really really starting to suck so I hope someone fixes the app soon because I loved ordering through the app
Although the pizza is tasty, the service leaves much to be desired. I placed an order for a pizza to be picked up at 4 PM, scheduled for 5:30 PM. When I arrived at 5:15 PM, I discovered that my pizza hadn't even been placed in the oven until 5:27 PM. I couldn't shake the feeling that if I hadn't arrived early, it would have been delayed even further.
Called around 10 minutes ago and they said my order will be ready in about 15 minutes. Came to get my pizza and after I paid the guy said will be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. What the heck. Not happy at all.

The last few times we got delivery, the pizza has been poor quality, and we just ordered and received a wrong pizza 10 minutes late. So I wouldn’t recommend getting delivery at least.
Much improved since my last visit. Stopped eating here a few months ago due to the poor quality and poor service.
