Antigua Latin Inspired Kitchen

I experienced some of the worst service I've had in a long time. The wait times for drinks—and even longer for food and the check—were extremely frustrating. Seriously, it took nearly two hours from start to finish. I watched my drink sit on the bar for 10 minutes as it separated, and getting a glass of water took just as long. I really think they need to hire older, more experienced servers. To make matters worse, the creamy sauce in my pasta was more like a watery, gelatinous mess. I would recommend skipping this place and heading over to Chef Paz in West Allis for some good Latin food instead.

As always, it was perfect! My friend from Ireland ordered the Camarones Antigua and claimed it was the best shrimp he’s ever tasted, even compared to those in Ireland. I had the Tequila Cream Salmon, which was excellent, and my sister enjoyed the Chicken Enchiladas, a special for the night. Our server, Maura, was friendly and engaging, despite being busy. Prices to amount of food was wrong. Internet menu showed apps deserts. We ordered a $4 cinimin desert with picture showing 2 things only got 1. Got 3 flower toco shell to build street tacos but to get 3 more asked $1.5. Meal was already over $60 with lite food. Did pay to get... not going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Food was fantastic and as a bonus Lali and Nick(owners) are such nice people. You will have a hard time finding better guac then the pumpkin seed sundried tomato guac they have at Antigua.
