I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner, and my experience was quite varied. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5—while it had its highlights, it didn't leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown, scoring only a 2. While the staff was friendly, the wait times were excessive and felt uncoordinated.
The atmosphere was moderate, receiving a rating of 3 as well. It was neither overly inviting nor off-putting, striking a balance that didn’t contribute much to the overall experience.

A few issues at this location short staffed tonight. Slow service at first but waitress and Manager fix the issue we had with our order. Overall a Nice place to go to. Ribs were pretty good but my fires were cold , which will happen sometime. Friendly staff and Great Customer Service. The Manger gave us a Discount on our order which was awesome. I think once there fully staffed I'll give them another chance.. So stop by and give a try.. Service: Dine in
This place was the worst place I’ve ever been sent to dash to. I had three groups get seated then all the workers disappeared. I stood for 25 minutes and not one worker asked if I needed help. I then went to the bar to see if I can get help, you guessed it, she never asked if I needed help. Never coming back to this place again. Service: Delivery Food: 1
we ordered shrimp and steak parmesan and we got a steak with battered shrimp and onion rings. The server said she misunderstood and offered to return with grilled shrimp and parmesan sauce but the potatoes and broccoli were cold and the steak was difficult to cut and loaded with fat making it uneatable. This restaurant is consistently a fantastic dining choice. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. The food deserves a perfect score of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also a solid 5. The atmosphere was delightful, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the burger!
How awesome is it that Applebee's is the one and only restaurant that honors the Veterans on Veterans Day, given them a free meal and a beer.
