My experience dining in the neighborhood wasn't very good. Cimone was wonderful once she attended to us, but it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. I was quite disappointed with my overcooked medium ribeye, and the area where we were seated was quite dirty for the first 15 minutes of our visit. I’ll give it two stars for the value of the kids' meal and for the opportunity to spend quality time with my kids during an early Sunday dinner.
Nice atmosphere, family-friendly, and quiet. However, the service was disappointing. Despite seeing frozen drinks being served to others, we were told they didn't have any. When I requested a frozen strawberry lemonade, I received regular lemonade instead. While the staff was pleasant, good service is crucial for a great experience.
I didn't eat at the restaurant yesterday because the wait time was 45 minutes, and I had children with me who couldn't wait that long. However, I do visit this Applebee's often since my mom loves the half-off appetizers. Each time we go, we have a wonderful experience, and the food is excellent.
We visited to try the two-for-$25 special and were thoroughly satisfied. The food is consistently excellent, and we were able to make two meals out of it. We’ll definitely be coming back regularly! Really surprised! Finally got a hamburger that looked like something. Taste really good too! Donuts balls was soo good! Boneless wings were ok. Not seeing the hype there. But other than that everything was great! Would definitely go again esp at this location!
Excellent restaurant! The customer service was great, and the food was exactly as ordered. There wasn’t a long wait for our meals, and everything was served nice and hot. I will definitely be returning!
