I’m really disappointed. We've visited several Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville restaurants in the past and were expecting a similar experience this time, but it didn’t live up to our expectations. We were first seated at a dirty table and had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, after which we were moved to another table. Our waiter came across as somewhat patronizing, implying that if no one else would take care of us, he would. The volcano nachos were lacking the chili that usually makes the dish stand out, and the rest of our food was quite unremarkable. One frustrating aspect was how quickly they seated us at a high-top table, especially since we had a toddler and an infant with us. They didn’t give us the opportunity to request a lower table or offer high chairs, which made things challenging for us with the little ones. Overall, it was just an okay experience. I can see why younger crowds might enjoy it, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families or large groups.
We had a party of 11, and it was an excellent spot for a large group. We arrived early at 5:15, and everything was wonderful. The boat drinks were fantastic! Our waiter was great and accurately split our bill on the first try. The food was delicious—especially the burgers, which you really can’t go wrong with. Those boat drinks were definitely a highlight!
The atmosphere felt off. The lighting was excessively bright, and although the dining room was nearly empty, we were told we'd have to wait to be seated. Our server was attentive, but the food did not meet expectations. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at Margaritaville before the Browns game. There were plenty of seats available, and the food was delicious. Our server, Taunjia, was outstanding!
Nice place to visit. Normal loud crowd and pretty decent food and drinks. A little overpriced for what you get but you are going for the Atmosphere more than anything.
Went for fathers day. Our waitress was great and very attentive. Out drinks were fabulous. Food was par for the course- good but nothing spectacular. Good atmosphere.
We had a fantastic experience dining here with a large group. Our server, Nautica, was exceptional and incredibly kind.
