Didn't stay long. Wasn't busy for a Sunday so walked in and had to wait. Looked like maybe the manager and another waitress or two. Wife and kids ordered and our food was good but wasn't checked on when the waitress passed by a few times just to see if everything was good or drink refills (although I think once) but didn't say anything to us until my wife said when I went to the bathroom or could've been on our way out and she's at the bar and we're sitting near the bar! Even if you're busy and you're quickly walking by, ask if everything's ok. The manager he was nice though. Our server Omari was great, no complaints there. Quality of our meals was terrible. Food was inconsistent, cold and under cooked. We sent the fish and chips back becauae it was undercooked and they still tried to charge us for it. Tried speaking with the manager and he blew my husband off telling the waiter to just remove the meal. When he did come to the table, the manager seemed uninterested in our opinions and did nothing to rectify our poor experience. Unfortunately we will NOT be returning. The quality at this location has been on a down fall and continues to disappoint.
This restaurant was quite good compared to others I've tried. There seemed to be fewer staff during my visit, but the service was excellent! My meal was delicious, and the bartender went above and beyond, assisting in areas outside their usual duties. The staff really helped each other out, which made for a positive experience. Just a reminder to be patient and respectful during your visit, as many businesses are experiencing staff shortages right now.
Nasty and trifling food service. I ordered on postmates and THIS IS WHAT I got? Ya'll couldn't even package it correctly? It was cold and spilled and dirty. PLEASE avoid this location, I have a friend who worked there a while back at this EXACT location and she just told me they have a SERIOUS roach problem. Awful experience. We got seated, waited 20 minutes to be greeted and then once we were greeted the server took drink orders and never returned. Had to ask a manager for drinks. Keep in mind this location was not busy. Maybe 6 tables in the whole restaurant. The place is dirty, ceiling is leaking water onto he floor in several places. Ended up walking out. Save yourself some time and pick somewhere else to eat.
The service was horrible. It started with the drinks, party of nine arrived around ten. I didn't get my first drink until 10:55. I ordered another immediately for me and another person so I'd make last call. Took that drink another thirty minutes. Then before I could drink it I noticed bugs in my drink
A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant because I was craving the Applebee's special that features the purchase of burgers with free boneless wings. I had seen the commercials and couldn't resist trying it. The food and service were excellent! It was exactly what I needed!
Nope done with Applebees FOREVER....THEY MARSHAL MATHERED our $68 ordered. Pictures below! Honey mustard was supposed to be cheese, three finger prints in the mashed potatoes, and spit in the Alfredo! I highly suggest staying far away from this restaurant!! Réservez une table maintenant
