I ordered takeout on June 19 and realized that some items were missing from my order. I called right away to report it and spoke with a manager who assured me he would adjust the bill for the missing items. He went through the whole process of asking for my card number to supposedly refund me for what I didn’t receive. However, he never followed through with the refund. Ordering takeout is already expensive, and I’m fed up with either receiving low-quality food and service or not getting what I paid for. I will be contacting my credit card company to discuss my options. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that the manager promised a partial refund, and despite my follow-ups...
I really like the bar area at this restaurant. I stopped by for a quick snack of chicken wontons, which are my favorite. I was disappointed to learn that the Happy Hour from 3 PM to 6 PM is no longer available. I hope they bring it back, as 9 PM is a bit too late for some of us. On the bright side, there's a parking lot, which is convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return.
The burger and wings special was fantastic! My mushroom Swiss burger was made just the way I requested: no onions and served with a smile! It was incredibly delicious. Our server, Cyndi, was friendly, attentive, and cheerful. She ensured that our dining experience was easygoing and enjoyable. She was truly excellent! I will definitely be back!
The food is decent but seems a bit overpriced. The service is typical for a place with young, underpaid staff. Overall, my experience is just average. This Applebee's could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. While it’s not suffering from serious health code violations, it still feels a bit off-putting.

I stopped by for a meal after my son's guitar recital, and I had a fantastic experience. Dante was an outstanding server—very attentive throughout our meal. The staff was polite, and the restrooms were clean. I've been to this restaurant several times, and I haven't had a negative experience yet.
We've visited many Applebee's locations, but this one is the best by far! The service was excellent, and the burger and fries were amazing! They finally prepared our fries exactly how we wanted—extra crispy. Our waitress ensured everything was perfect for us! We will definitely be back!
The staff seemed to divide their time between working and looking after a child. I understand that things can come up, but it would be better if they could manage it in a way that doesn't distract from the dining experience.
I commend Applebee's for offering free or discounted meals on Veterans Day (I'm not a veteran; I was just there by chance). I highly recommend the fish and chips and the French onion soup. The service was attentive as well.

The staff is wonderful! They're always kind and patient. While the food isn't the best, my son and daughter really enjoy it, so we keep coming back. They are very accommodating as well.
I went to this restaurant for Easter dinner and had Cade as our waiter. He was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience.
