Came in Easter Sunday 2021 with my husband only to be notify they were closing early which is understandable due to it been a holiday. But to have a bad waitress who stayed ON the phone the entire time we were there and cold food was a horrible experience .. Food was great but the service really destroyed the visit. The wife and I ordered an appetizer, she got a drink, and then we placed our dinner order. All was fine, but then another table came in and we were pretty much left to fend for ourselves. Someone else delivered the entrees and our server asked how it was but then never stopped back again. My wife ran out of her drink, then was out of water, and finally we had to flag her down for our check. My wife decided to take the rest of her dinner home so we could just leave. applebee often gets a lot of bad rap. and lately with the problems that restaurants have to get employees, the restaurants have a hard time satisfying customers. this place was not the one to take. came hungry with my so after half a marathon, how can hope that by avoiding the busy hour it would not be so bad. that wasn't it. there were only three waiters, bartender locked in, and they coughed. yet we sat immediately, had to wait a bit to get the order and the food, but it was really not that long. as busy as our waiter was, he was prompt and polite. the food was well cooked and delicious. Thank you!
Previously on a 3 o'clock meeting near, I decided to enjoy a snack while waiting. I arrived on Tuesday at 2 o'clock and the place was empty, I was the only guest at this time. service was spectacular, I had the undivided attention of the server. there was no bartender in the service, so I chose an ice-cold sam Adams in a bottle to accompany a order of the two rings. fast, no tedious eating. I could do this place with live music, but it was just a quiet afternoon during a slow time.

Came here Friday night and loved it. Our server Mary was sweet, friendly, and nice. Food was decent and I absolutely love their kids menu because it has more options available for kids to choose from. The place is in need of remodeling, sticky tables, and visibly dirty carpet. Easy access from the road, plenty of parking space and they have happy hour. Great customer service.
the food was delicious and the price was great. they have perfect lunch combinations at a reasonable price. don't go at 2:30 because the service was terrible. the waitress has hardly done her job. 5 starts if not for them. I didn't even tip, but my wife did me. I'm sure the servers are better at another time. I guess her handy was more important.
The waitress at this location was ok but definitely not excited to be there. The cook however, brought our food and helped us a couple times with a great attitude. Food was good and that guy was awesome.
The food was Fabulous!!!! Our waitress however missed a $20 tip by ignoring our presence. We couldn't get change. Tip: Be nice to everyone. You never know what God has in front of you. Good luck Jeana.

unbelievable for and even better service. shortstaffed and still on the culminations of the dinge with smiles on their faces. shout to tonisha, faith and miss g. will surely come back!
Food was fine. The service was lacking due to being understaffed is my guess. This made a difference in being able to really enjoy our dine in experience.
