Terrible management. My family and I went into this location to celebrate after my graduation. After 30 minutes (and being told it would be a 20 minute wait for a group of 7) we were sat at two separate tables.. When we asked why, the host they said they can’t do parties larger than 6 because “of covid” (even tho I had been working at a different location at the time and we were able to seat parties up to 10). (Pretty sure it was because they didn’t have larger tables available and would’ve had to tell us wait time would be 45-an hour, knowing they wouldn’t get our business that way) Would’ve been nice to know before waiting 30 minutes to be sat?? My family just went here and we did not enjoy the food. The quality definitely went way down. Normally I LOVE the honey pepper chicken pasta but it was not the same like it used to be. The Alfredo sauce was super bland and soupy also the noodles were not good, they were better when they were cavatappi. Only thing good on pasta was the chicken tenders and the breadstick. Also, my daughter got a kids pizza, the pizza was basically all sauce with a tiny bit of cheese and the whole bottom was burnt. After a long work week I like to come to Applebees and enjoy a nice meal. I was served by two waitresses tonight. I think one was in training-Kayla. She has such a great attitude and clear passion about this industry. I didn't know who was-training-who by the time my food came. Hot and quick. They Kept my drinks full and I love it when the servers have enough respect not to ask me how my meal is until I'm finished eating. Five star review thank you for the pleasant experience.
Ive visited more than a handful of times. Love their 2 for 30 meal choices. It makes it affordable and easy to choose what to order. Love the bourban chicken. It is busy. Service is friendly but at times neglectful, which is understandable considering the business of this location. Spring for the appetizer sampler, its worth it.

ordered a medium rare filet and it came almost well done they offered to recook it or get something else for me, so i tried the fried fish and it was sinewy. my grandmother got the oriental wrap and was sastisfied with it. our server Dina was very nice.
Everytime I go in to get food it's always ready and hot. The customer service is amazing and very friendly. They serve great food and the booze is amazing if you are over 21. I personally get the quesadilla burger with fries and it's amazing.
Service was just okay. Clearing our empty plates, slow and having to ask for refills on our empty drinks. Hamburger and wings were good
Our bartender/waitress was absolutely awesome tonight. Best service we've had in a very long time. Made our evening very enjoyable.
