It's Applebee's, so I go in not expecting great service or fine dining. We are seated very fast by a young robot hostess. No welcome or hello, just an odd smile and vapid stare for us to follow her. She dropped off our menus and was gone before we even sat down like she committed a robbery. Waitress was super fast to attend to us, she was also the full time bartender and it wasn't busy at the moment so she was prob trying to bang out our order fast as possible. We came here one day for the Endless Boneless Wings but weren't sure if it was still going on. So, we asked the hostess at the front if it was and she said yes. As soon as we sat down and asked the waitress she told us that the deal had just ended. Not sure why the hostess told us it was, as we weren't planning on eating here if it wasn't. But since the waitress was so kind to us we ended up staying and eating other food. On another occasion we ordered just a quick appetizer, a classic combo. Nonexistent service! Waited at least 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the table. Once apps were dropped, we were never served again and had to ask another server for the check and brought it to the bar to check out. The bartender/our server left in the middle of everything and the manager took over who was clearly struggling to even find anything or make drinks. Overall horrible experience! Don't bother with this place unless you'd like to age while you wait for anything!
The food was fresh and served hot. The tables were cleaned regularly, and the waitress was very attentive. Ashley explained some menu items and engaged with us well. She also provided our silverware wrapped in napkins and held them by the handles, which was nice. The prices were reasonable, and the decor was pleasant, featuring some school names.

Don't come here on a weekday. The restaurant was empty and I STILL had the worst service of my life. The waiter was screwing around in the corner while our drinks were sitting on the bar. Food took forever and came out cold with soggy fries. Pur alcoholic drinks were just sugar water.
personal is 0/0. I needed to pick up an article. it was already taken, although it is my own name. the boss has treated it as a common thing. 0 repair a stolen order on which I lost money. äpfel would not even be interested if the whole reaturant was robbed. eat my assetizer.
Horrible food came out wrong had to reorder it. Took twice as long as original order. Waitress never came back to check on us. Tried all you can eat wings, but the time you got a refill, didn’t want them anymore. Turned into a terrible place.
