So, when we first walked in we stood in front of the door for a good minute before any employee even saw us. They were all by the bar just laughing and having a great time, which is fine when customers aren't waiting. Then finally one of the male employees noticed us and SLOWLY made his way over to us. No greeting or how are you, He then asked how many, we told him and he snapped at us literally snapped his fingers like a cool guy from Grease) and walked away, came back, leaned on the counter and looked like life itself was over as he figured out where to place us. My family and I had a very nice time tonight at Applebee's! Our waitress was pleasant and served us with a smile (behind a mask of course) and the other servers we interacted with were also very nice. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. I had a cheeseburger (pictured) and the tomato soup, my wife had French onion soup and the fiesta lime chicken and my granddaughter had the chicken finger meal. All of us left full and happy!
Had take out tonight. Ordered Whiskey burger, Mac nCheese with Chicken Tenders, Crispy shrimp with loaded mashed potatoes. We also got Pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and mustard. Everything was done to perfection and still warm when we got home. The young girl that delivered our food was very friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable and the food is good. Ordered one of the new bowls they’re featuring in their ads. I chose the broccoli Mac and cheese with bacon bowl. I got home and opened the bag and it was grilled chicken which didn’t go with the taste at all. It was still okay, but not at all what I expected. They did not double check the to-go order. I forgot to take a photo of my dish before I started eating, but I had a birthday dinner with my best friend. The blackened salmon with roasted potatoes and broccoli became my favorite dish at this restaurant. Angela, our server, was attentive but not intrusive. It was a pleasant experience for all.
I used to go here alot for half price apps after 9 pm. I went here for a early dinner the service was great, waitress and manager was very nice. We got appitizers the chips were old tasted funny, wings were a little over cooked, and my husband chicken sizzler wasnt hot when it came out.
Applebees still has their famous 1/2 price apps* and some drink deals 9-11pm every night! *Classic Combo Bone In Wings are excluded. Quick service, friendly server and overall satisfied when we come to this location. The wonton tacos are my favorite and a must have every time we go!
