I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when I arrived, the greeter told me to wait in line with everyone else. The line wasn't moving, so after a while, I approached the host stand, and they finally seated us. We waited for an hour for our food, and our appetizer never arrived. The table next to us had ordered before we did, and by the time we left, they still hadn't received all their dishes. I felt really sorry for them. The managers weren't circulating to check on guests, and the waitstaff didn’t provide any updates about the food situation. We waited 15 minutes before having to request water ourselves. After that, a worker came over to take our order since our designated server was preoccupied, even though we noticed him assisting other tables around us. When our food finally arrived, we only received half of what we ordered. When our server checked on us—only the one time—he asked if we needed boxes before we had even received all of our food. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning. The staff was unprofessional, and the food was not impressive either.
It took 40 mins to get food order. The burger and fries were cold, not even warm when they served. I was told drinks has free refill but when I asked for refill, the service staff said only soda has free refill not juice and she said, I work here from last 3 years. I know juice has no refills. I did not tell you juice has free refill. WOW. What a great customer service.Vegetarian options: Plant based protein option is available, but make sure they serve you warm not cold
Celebrated my birthday with my children and grandchildren at a place where we could all have some fun. The Dave and Busters in Allentown PA checked all of the boxes. Servers were awesome, food was good and plenty of fun games for all to enjoy. Uploading credits onto the cards to play games wasn't cheap but it also didn't break the bank.Parking: The building is separate from the rest of the Lehigh Valley mall and has a large parking area. Had a great experience visiting this date and busters, it was not very busy. The food did take a long time to come out and not made to order. So that was a bummer, but besides that, the atmosphere was great. On a positive note, our server was incredible; she really did her best to handle the busy hostess station, which seemed to be overwhelmed and possibly understaffed. We love the half-price game day on Wednesdays, so we might still come for the games, but we’ll probably eat somewhere else beforehand.
I went there with my daughter for her birthday and had a fantastic time. I couldn't believe how great the food was. She had a steak salad and I had a ribeye steak. They were both fantastic.. The steak melted in my mouth. I highly recommend this place. Réservez une table maintenant
