My husband, son and my pregnant self went for supper tonight. We came and it wasn't super busy but they might have been understaffed as we had to wait 15 min or so for a table when there was plenty open. We waited a few minutes for our waitress and she had taken our orders. 20 min after we placed the order, she came back and told us they weren't going to have ribs (I ordered them) for another hour. Okay, that's fine so I ordered the bourbon steak instead. Another 20 min or so went by and she came out and told us my son and husband's food was ready but not mine. We went to the restaurant around 11 o'clock on a Saturday to avoid the crowd. We were seated right away and informed of our server. They took our drink order promptly. Our server arrived soon after and ensured that our drinks were taken care of. They mentioned they were short-staffed and also doubling as the bartender. Despite being short-staffed, all the employees we interacted with were able to fulfill our orders, drinks, desserts, and were friendly. It was a very enjoyable experience on the weekend.
We requested to sit in a dimly lit area as we preferred a more relaxed ambiance. Unfortunately, that request was not accommodated and we were seated by the door where we could hear the staff's conversations and training exercises. Despite this, our waitress, Makeila, provided excellent service. About 10 minutes later, a man was seated opposite to us, which we did not request. Overall, the experience was satisfactory thanks to our attentive server.
Got a bourbon chicken...... should have been more like burnt chicken.... completley un-edible. Ordered at 430 for carryout , wasn't busy ar all... what ever happened to people having pride in their work?? The othe r half of the order was a blackened shrimp Ceasars salad... and it was good. Make your own assumption before attending.

The waiter was friendly and came by to ask how everything was. Keep our drinks full. The atmosphere is always pleasant at this Applebee's. I have never had a bad experience here. This is where my husband and I love to go when we eat out. Food is always fresh and hot when they serve you. The staff always have a friendly smile.
The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The staff doesn't communicate, and didn't notice their staff member leaving before serving us. Another member stepped up, but the service was still poor. The manager also did NOT make things right as he stated he would.
What's the point of curbside when no one 1. Answers the phone 2. Is watching for vehicles. I'd understand if it was a busy time, but when I walked in it wasn't busy at all. I received my order only to have to drive back because stuff was missing.
we sat for 35min before we got water. manager apologies, then disappeared. we were served without cutlery, so we have it ourselves. No one seemed to notice. beverage orders took an hour / had to be requested repeatedly. that was perfect.

Food was as ordered and delicious. On the bad side were seated and the waitress walked by our table several times. My wife finally told them about it. Sat for about 15 minutes before she took our order. The place wasn't that busy.
