after a terrible experience in another business in the opposite past the day, we were pleasantly surprised to have the exact opposite experience of this here. there was a short waiting time, despite empty tables to sit (probably short staff, I get it) but when we sat, we were treated like a royal treatment. our server, christopher, was extremely personal, fast, to welcome us to give us menus, and begin to take beverage orders; Once everything was ordered, he has constantly checked for us, gave us updates on how everything came by, and went beyond and beyond to make sure that we needed nothing. Miranda and Ari are fantastic! My girlfriend and I have been visiting this place for the past few years, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The entire staff is wonderful, and Michael, the mascot, is a great guy too. It would be awesome if we could have Miranda and Ari working during the week because we’d definitely come by more often!
Great service and food! I ordered the steak and asked for it medium rare. The middle was rarer than expected (nearly raw). When I showed the waitress, she immediately took it back (leaving the side dishes) and made a new plate including new sides. They were very faithful to continually fill water glasses and ask if anything else was needed.
Our experience was exactly as expected. Warm, welcoming, nostalgic. Our waitress Olivia was a gem, super friendly. Could the food have been warmer? Sure. The wings less greasy? Of course. intended to go on Sunday afternoon, but the restaurant was absolutely packed, which was a good sign on Tuesday, early afternoon, and there were some customers, but not too busy. the food was very well prepared and delicious and the prices were decent. our server was friendly and on the game! we are safe back!
every time we have come to applebee, it is always short staff, but everyone who works is friendly, quiet for the mozens that excite when there are more than half an hour waiting, and there are to please all. thanks for being a great family place to eat. the food we ordered when we leave was delicious.
Fantastic drinks, delicious food, and excellent service in a convenient location. The friendly atmosphere created by Bradley and the rest of the staff makes for a great experience. They also occasionally offer great specials, like half-price appetizers later in the evening.
