Went 8/12 around 10:20pm for half priced app, no one at host desk so we should’ve just sat at the bar but we opted for the high chairs at bar area. The bartender sat us at the said table. After the first 10 Minutes of the server not showing face my mother went up to bartender as we were really hungry, our waiter flashes by us ignoring us (restaurant was practically empty upon arrival and he had maybe 2 active tables at best) told us to wait for him because he just took another tables order he pretty much told us he cannot multitask and he’s overwhelmed by one tables order okay we give this guy another 15 mins and he still is no where to be found my mom and our guest went to take pictures an...
Service started pretty badly, we weren't given utensils and it took 10 minutes to be asked what we wanted for drinks. Once we ordered we waited another 5 minutes for drinks, only to get two cokes that were almost entirely seltzer. We instantly could tell something was wrong so why couldn't servers. We got our food about 40 mins in, with no utensils and two meals missing. Keep in mind while all this is happening there are atleast 5 staff just standing around. Two of us ordered the endless meal but with how long our first took, we didn't refill it. At 5 mins a soda refill and almost 0 attention to our table most of the night this was pretty unsuccessful. omg where do I begin? the WORST service ever.. I've been in the service industry for almost 20 years I have never seen anything like this, our waiter has got to be on something or somewhere else, anywhere other than at his job. Applebees will never see me again.
Absolutely slow as hell. Been waiting 40 minutes for half apps. Drinks took 15 minutes to come out. Waitress didn’t even come by to tell us if kitchen was backed up or anything. Do not recommend. Ill be back to say how the food was

I made a late night order at 1130pm. The automated system said it would be ready by 1151pm . I arrived about 1210am to pick up my order and was told the doors close at midnight. Utterly ridiculous.
I don't really like any of the food here I just go with friends cuase they like it. Cheap eats I guess
The food was served quickly, and my server, Ari, was not only funny but also incredibly kind!
Awful customer service. They should be shutdown immediately. I also found a hair in my food.
