The burbon Bourbon Street Steak* was a A horrible cut, it was just Grissel, it was extremely small. We ordered an extra side of garlic mashed Side Garlic Mashed Potatoes , and it wasn 't even a full container. For $3.69, it was basically one ice cream scoop size of potatoes. We got 2 sodas, but there was no straws, no napkins, there wasn 't even an option for it on the site I feel like it would be pretty common sense to give someone napkins I understand not giving them plastic straws or plastic utensils but napkins are biodegradable, you know. So that was just annoying, the sampler The Classic Combo, honestly just go to Denny 's. It 's way cheaper and you get more stuff in there. granted, it 's probably not going to be that great but, for 20 dollars, you feel like this one would have been better, It wasn 't! The chicken wings that are supposed to come in the sampler The Classic Combo were not chicken wings. They were the pieces of chicken tenders that are left in the bottom of the bag. Like the tiny ones that break off, we got 2 long, skinny pieces of celery that look like they were kind of old. The mozzarella sticks were really greasy. and just didn 't have any real seasoning on them. The quesadilla was extremely small, and we were considering adding on an extra quesadilla from the kids menu, and I 'm glad that we didn 't, it is too Dang small. Most of all, that was really annoying and messed up. Was the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, I specifically put no cheese. Because they are extremely allergic to it, and it came with cheese. That was the one thing it didn 't have to have. And it even says it on the sticker and on the receipt. And when I called the restaurant I talked to the manager. Who was working Altemar? And he was reading the order and was able to see. It said no cheese, it 's even on their side, he said, Well, since you ordered it from a third party, we can 't do anything since you ordered from door dash. If you would have ordered it- directly from us using our site then i could refund your order, and then some, but because you use doordash and it 's a third party person, we can 't do anything about it. He said it 's because we don 't know what happened from the restaurant till doordash so there 's no way that we can do anything. I 'm like, okay, but it 's not like it was dropped or anything. no it was completely damaged at the restaurant. He said, yeah, you 'd have to go through door dash, Since you ordered through them, they would have to give you a refund.
