When I arrived, I asked about white rice and was initially told they had it. Later, the bartender, Sarah M, informed me they actually didn’t, but offered two other options. I requested to try the cilantro-style rice before ordering, but after waiting 10 minutes, she came back to say her manager wouldn’t allow a sample since it was already portioned. This was confusing, so I ended up ordering the potatoes instead.
I also noticed some issues at the bar. The ice cream container lid was left open the entire time, and the bartender had stacks of glasses and dishes piled up. Rather than running the dishwasher, she repeatedly went to the kitchen for fresh glasses, even though the bar wasn’t busy....
Our group of six chose to sit at the bar to place our orders instead of waiting for a table. While five of us received our meals at the same time, one person had to wait longer. When his steak finally arrived, it wasn’t cooked to his preference and disappeared for another ten minutes. After the wait, he got his meal, but the steak lacked flavor, although they do offer A1 and various sauces. The riblets and fries were tasty. I wish we had come earlier to take advantage of the Happy Hour food specials. One person ordered the baby back ribs, which were three to four times larger than the riblets but didn’t seem to have much meat. The service was acceptable.
Great atmosphere and attentive service. The food was well-prepared. One suggestion is that salads should be served before the entrée, rather than at the same time. It would also be helpful if the menu indicated whether dishes, like the cheesy broccoli, are spicy.
The food and staff were excellent. They offer dine-in service with social distancing measures in place, as well as outdoor seating. All employees wore masks, which made me feel very comfortable while dining there!

The seating was outdoors on a beautiful day, with a lovely gentle breeze. My family felt a bit chilly at first, but our waitress kindly turned on a heater, which enhanced our experience. Thank you so much!
The service was outstanding, the prices were very reasonable, and every dish was delicious! The chips and salsa were particularly incredible!
The pretzels are consistently soft and warm when I get them. My only complaint is that they only fill the cup halfway with the beer cheese.
I truly enjoy dining at this Applebee's. The service and food are both outstanding.

The cheeseburger was amazing, but once again, it didn't come with a salad.
