Well today was different! I went to Applebees today because they were having a special free food sampling you get to try 2 free samples and you could taste up to 3 other samples at $3 apiece. Okay that 's great everything went fine until I ordered the nachos. The waiteress brought the nachoes and some were burnt not all of them but quite a few were burnt on the edges. I said to the waitress some of these nachos are burnt, she replied, 'oh those are just the chips, its ok. Had the Roast Beef sipper sandwich with the mashed potatoes. I also ordered the house salad with extra tomatoes. It arrived with no tomatoes at all and then when I did get a chance to ask for more they basically sprinkled some tiny little bits of tomato on it. My mother and I ordered deliver after a long day and I got a mango iced tea. I have never had a problem with it before. Tonight however I was given a large STRAWBERRY LEMONADE in a Pepsi cup. I am INCREDIBLY allergic to strawberries and thinking I was going to be taking a big sip of my mango iced tea I took a drink…to find I’d been given something that I CANNOT HAVE AND COULD MAKE ME VERY VERY ILL!! This is not ok!!! Someone was NOT paying attention to the order as they needed to- I would NEVER order a strawberry anything and to be given something out of someone else’s neglect that could hurt me is a HUGE problem!

When I finally reached the front and received my food, the fries were cold, and the rest of the meal was only lukewarm. The staff member wasn’t pleased when I mentioned that my fries were cold. To make matters worse, the estimated wait time on the app was inaccurate—it was actually 45 minutes longer than stated, and there was no apology for the delay or the subpar food. The salads were warm, and the Caesar salad was poorly prepared, with insufficient lettuce. Overall, today was a very disappointing experience.
I?ve gotten really good food from this location on multiple occasions. This review is more so about the Togo staff. Order is ALWAYS missing something so double check your food! Also the honey mustard is never full.. literally got one that was this empty when I opened it.
We had an amazing experience! Our server, T, was fantastic—despite being busy, they were patient with us. The food was incredible, and the timing of our orders was spot on. Overall, it was a great outing! It made for a wonderful New Year's trip!
Walked into the restaurant and was asked how many people tonight? We answered 8 and the host responded with sorry we can 't do more than 4 people per waiter . We would be separated in different areas of the store. Just bad.

Poor service and employees have an attitude. All new trainees. We went and stood waiting while hostess ignored us in favor of a trainee. She got mad when I asked her if the customer was first or her training session.
Ordered boneless wings brought out two different plates they were cold. The manage came over and fixed them himself. They were nice and hot. I did enjoy the dinner and the service.
