I just want to thank our server Clay for the great job that he did for us last Sunday. He did not make us feel like we were a bother with our special request concerning our food. When we received our food without those request taken care of, he was willing to make it right. I also want to thank Eric a manager from the kitchen) Who happened to be passing by our table when we received our food and heard the news that things were not quite right. He was extremely helpful and kind in getting it all resolved Expediently for us. They both were very kind and professional in their willingness to help us. Thanks again Clay and Eric you are great examples of what professionalism should be.
Ordered the whole rib to take home which took a while. Once I opened the container the ribs looked burned with some sauce lightly brushed on. I tried to ignore that and eat it anyway but the meet was real dry which I ended up throwing some of it in the trash. This was the worst Ribs I got from Applebees.
