I visited this local bagel shop for the first time today and was excited to find out they offer vegan cream cheeses, as highlighted on the Happycow website. Before my visit, I called to inquire about the available options, and the owner suggested that calling ahead was a great idea. When I arrived, my order for veggie cream cheese was all set for me. The shop has plenty of parking since it's situated on a corner, and during my visit, I didn't have to wait long at all. The owner was very friendly and even invited me to take pictures of the vegan options for future reference. I really enjoyed the veggie cream cheese; it was incredibly fresh. There's a reason this place has a rating of only 3.8 stars. The customer service is very disappointing. They often get orders wrong, even after I've repeated myself multiple times. When the young woman at the cash register mishandles the situation, she responds with a disrespectful attitude. She yelled at me, referred to me as "bro," and told me to leave, as if I would want to return. It's very unprofessional. Additionally, I find it rude when staff speak in another language in front of customers, assuming we don't understand them. I used to visit regularly when a gentleman was at the front, but now my family and I will advise others to steer clear of this place.

I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches on a roll, which were listed at $5.50 each, along with two small coffees (no price listed for the coffees). The total came to $17.75, including tax. If you’re telling me those small coffees are around $3.00 each, I would understand that if it were Starbucks, a place known for its high prices, but this is just a local bagel shop. Something seems off.

This is the most charming bagel shop I’ve ever seen. The bagels are incredibly tasty, and the owner is extremely friendly. Upon entering, you immediately feel a warm and inviting atmosphere, and everything on the menu is delightful. It has a cozy vibe, and they offer a wide variety of options, including vegan cream cheese and gluten-free bagels. They truly are the best!

We ordered bagels from this place for the first time and choose to use Uber Eats instead of driving. The bagels were delicious and fresh. One of us is vegan, so the Tofutti cream cheese was a great option. The French toast bagel was a delightful surprise, topped with maple syrup and sugar.
Fabulous bagels and a wide variety of cream cheeses including multiple dairy free options! Their coffee is amazing, my favorite is the dark roast.... Staff is friendly and competent : love this place so much I come from the town over where we have 3 bagel stores!!!

The first time we buy Bagels from this place, we didn't want to drive so we eat. Bagels were delicious and fresh, one of us is vegan, so Toffuti cream cheese was perfect. French Toast Bagels was a surprise with maple syrup and sugar.
This is one of the best little bagel place in Babylon fresh flavored cream cheese spreads great assortment of bagels nice fresh coffee. The owner is a very nice hard-working man. When in the area stop in You won't regret it.
