Today we let ourselves be pampered again! A fresh ravioli with spinach/riccota, lightly fried with a sauce that has no equal with truffles... An irresistible symbiosis Followed by a broccoli/lemon soup with a homemade meat fritter. A real treat for the palate... A mixed salad was also served by the employee who was there The main course was lovingly arranged with mashed potatoes, a beef ragout in a fantastic red wine sauce and a venison garnish and braised lettuce. The penultimate course was served with spicy cheese wedges (soft and semi-hard cheese), nuts, dried fruit and fresh bread. The crowning glory was a chocolate mousse and a berry coulis and a coffee! What could be nicer than coming...
