Visited recently on a Saturday night. The place is adorned with a whole lot of travertine to bring back old school lebanese restaurant vibes, which I actually didn't mind. In terms of food, I felt as though it was a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly positive. The food came quick, it was hot and was definitely fresh The lamb skewers were the standout, also the walnut chilli dip and the fattoush were outstanding. Same can be said for the kanefeh The rest was good, but not memorable. Prices were a little steep, but in line with what I would expect being in newtown. A note to management that the music was quite loud throughout the night, to the extent that you could barely hear others speaking to...
Way too overpriced, bad service food was nothing great. Not worth it at all. We also got charged a huge “credit card surcharge” more than I’ve ever seen before! Wanting to know what percentage they charge for credit card surcharge? Also noticed when I left that $1 extra here and there was added to some items on my receipt. Not sure what for! Scamming behaviour horrible service. My apologies, I noticed the receipt was correct. However, rest still stands true. Very horrible customer service, wayyy too overpriced, extremely excessive surcharges I’ve never seen elsewhere before, owner replies in a very rude manner to other people’s feedback. Humble yourself.
Extremely disappointing service from the establishment. The owner of this business had brought things to our table repetitively and charged us for them although they were not ordered. I believe that a business should try and satisfy customers to gain repeat business and loyal customers. However it seems as though the owner is interested in ripping off first time customers, expecting that word will not get around. Food was genuinely merely average and did not satisfy for the price whatsoever. Will definitely not be returning.
The food was amazing, really tasty. But the service really needs to be improved. We all ordered drinks at the same time but only some came out. We then had to ask for two of the drinks 4 times before they came out! One never came because it wasn't in stock, but they never told us until after dinner?! We had to ask for other food multiple times too, because it never came. I understand mistakes happen, but not sure why we should remind staff more than once. I should note that we were refunded the two drinks which was good .

Horrible service and ridiculously small portions. We were served by such an arrogant and rude waiter, who was slightly passive aggressive with his responses which we found really odd…anyways the food arrived in such small portions we were shocked…11 dollars for a small amount of chips, 36 dollars for mansaf which was literally suited for a 5 year old. 5 dollar credit card surcharge! Are you for real? Had we known this, we wouldn’t have gone in. Horrible and such a waste of money.
Last night it was my birthday dinner we booked the private room and what can I say the best experience ever from the food being the yummiest and the service 10 out of 10, the stuff are beyond friendly they make sure everything is up to your standard best lebanese restaurant . Thank you for all the stuff and Manger’s definitely my only lebanese to go to
Dropped in late last night for a meal after a night out. Arabellas was buzzing and busy, the food was absolutely amazing, we had the share Arabellas banquet. So much delicious food, plate after plate delivered to our table by really polite well trained staff. So enjoyed our dinning experience and the food is exceptional. We will return.
The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was when the best sizzling knafeh dessert came they had created that day. We were delighted. My dining experience at Arabella was truly exceptional. From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel very special. Thanks Arabella team !!

The food was great and service was excellent. However this should be at least if not more because the food is not cheap. It’s worth it though, and I do recommend it. We had the chicken skewers and vegan okra , both very good and served with hot bread. The portions are very generous. Just be aware that it’s a bit pricey.
