We have been having at least one meal a week from here for over 5 years and yes we have had the odd problem with them. Looking at some of the negative reviews made me put on this review. If you have a problem tell them they are amazing and don’t deserve it so don’t resort to leaving a bad review. During lockdown they are so busy and of course they take longer to deliver so order early or be patient. We ordered tonight again and it was amazing and trust me my wife is one fussy git. Give them a try and if you have a problem tell them and they will sort it before you disrespect a great local business Thanks again lads and keep up th great work
We have had at least 1 or 2 meals from here every week since it changed hands a few years ago and cannot commend them enough. Admittedly on a couple of occasions they have screwed up but 99% of the time the food is absolutely amazing it might be a bit late but that is due to the popularity. Occasionally we have had to microwave it and a few times it has been not as good. chefs need a day off too . If you have a problem tell them don’t slag them off on social media. The listen and either replace your meal or look after you next time. Excellent customer service beautiful food Give them a try you won’t be disappointed
I have been enjoying curries at this restaurant for the past ten years, typically 1 or 2 times a week. I must be honest, my last experience was not up to their usual standard. However, when I called to address this issue, the staff's attitude was amazing. I urge anyone who has a problem with them to speak to them directly instead of leaving a negative review. We all make mistakes, but as they said when I expressed my concerns, "if you didn't tell us, we wouldn't be able to make it right." They promptly corrected the issue, and my next curry was as amazing as usual. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I used this take away for the first time today. After paying around £20 I had a late delivery of 1 hour. I had to phone up to ask where my order was. The food was only Luke warm, the meat tough, and the starter, a chicken chaat was not a fluffy pancake wrapped around the meat as described but greasy chicken and a pile of onions with non descriptive other vegetables. The boiled egg in the main course had very thick skin presumably from having been boiled to death earlier. The meal was tasteless and greasy. I have not had a worse Asian meal.

Staying nearby with friends, we drove into Nuneaton to get curry at about 6pm; Arbury Balti was on the right road, so we rocked up and ordered. They made an excellent, large curry for 7 people, at a little under £10 per head, in a pretty short time, and boxed it up nicely for transport. Fair enough this is early in the evening, they might be slower later on when they're busier, I don't know. But they were great for us. Recommended highly!
We have never order a takeaway but we decided instead of going for a Indian restaurant let's order a takeaway instead but we were very dissapointed firstly the delivery was late it was luke warm the rice was good my hubby's curry was ok mine was quite tasteless nan bread ok the roti dissapointing all in all I would say 5 out of 10 in future we shall go to local restaurant
The food at this restaurant is really good and the service is excellent. The portions are generous and the staff is friendly. It is great value for money and the delivery is always on time. In my opinion, this is the best place to get chicken tikka bhoona karachi in Arbury.
Ordered our food at 4 for a delivery at 6:15 and 20 mins before it was due to be delivered they said they couldn’t deliver and cancelled the order !!!!!!!! Absolutely shocking and disappointed now have to order else where and wait hours thanks !!!!!!!!!!

The food arrived promptly and was delicious. It was good value for the price. The Bangla naan was particularly delicious and unique. However, I wish the food had been served hotter.
Food spot on and great service only takes less than half hour for food to be delivered in quiet times
