Ordered today around 7pm via the drive through. We were asked to pull up while they made our food. Upon pulling up we saw through the window Victor got his name from receipt) laying across the counter and them proceeds to scratch his head with both hands. Like he was really going in on the scratching. He then proceeds to walk to the back where food is being prepared. My husband goes inside to make sure he isn't preparing our food. He is indeed was touching our items. And had not washed his hands. My husband asked for a refund and got push back and threatened by the employee. Management please review your cameras to see this incident. And to all the Arby's lovers avoid this location.
I absolutely adore Super Sandwich, and I really miss their potato cakes! I just have to have those potato cakes!
**Parking:** I appreciate that there are plenty of handicap parking spots available for my mom.
**Kid-friendliness:** My grandkids are always so excited when we go to Arby’s instead of McDonald's!
**Wheelchair accessibility:** There are plenty of parking spaces outside and room to sit inside with a wheelchair.
We waited over 20 minutes for a small roast beef and a roast turkey and Swiss sandwich. Paid $12.77. Sandwiches were about half the size they used to be, and my turkey came with a bonus- possible salmonella from rotted lettuce. There is no way to excusethe lettuce. They saw exactly what they put on my sandwich. If you want to get sick, this is your place.
I'm writing this review solely because of Tenicia. She has to be one of the nicest drive-thru employees I've encountered—what a gem! Her words were simple yet incredibly kind. I hope the management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves, if not a raise. Thank you!

We waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches and paid $12.77. The sandwiches were about 1/2 the size they used to be, and the Turkey Club had rotten lettuce on it. Feeling ripped off is bad...almost getting sick is inexcusable. Threw out more than weate.
Fries were very good as well. This Arby's has been great every time I've ate here. Never had a complain. Such a fantastic services and food it was. Definitely satisfied eating here.
The new female manager, whose name I believe is Saesha, is making a positive impact. The sandwiches were fantastic, and there’s plenty of parking available.
i order 3 buffalo chicken wrap, and they made 3 chicken club wrap, when i got home it was to late because they close, please listen good for orders

What you'd expect for an Arby's. restaurant definitely needs an aesthetic update though.
Arby's roast beef is my favorite.They need to open more Arby's restaurants.
