I visited Arby’s on April 21, 2022, around 9:30 AM and waited in my car for 27 minutes. At first, I assumed they were short-staffed, but there were actually five employees at the counter, even though the lobby was closed. Additionally, there were more staff members in the kitchen preparing food. Despite this, it seemed like they were struggling to keep up with the drive-thru orders, as I counted at least 15 cars in line. I think management needs to focus on improving the speed of service. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received.
It took 10 minutes to reach the window with only one other car ahead of me. When I finally got there, they charged me for the car behind me. I pointed out the mistake, but the staff was rude and it took another 10 minutes to try to fix the issue. No apology was offered, and I told them to keep the difference since they had already wasted about 25 minutes of my time. If you want wait times like a sit-down restaurant for lukewarm drive-thru food, the Arby's on 44th Street is the place to go.
This is a nice clean facility, they have a couple TVs on and they usually have some sports games going. A nice chill place to have lunch. Drive thru can be busy, but it moves right along. Staff is very attentive and seems like most enjoy being there. Itis often pretty chill for dine in.
I have a bit of a soft spot for Arby's! While it’s one of the pricier fast food options, its convenient location on my commute makes it worth it. The drive-thru can take some time, but the friendly staff and delicious food make up for it.

My wife and I came for lunch and ordered two 4-piece beef bratwursts and curly fries. The chocolate shake was a bit cloudy, but delicious! It was quite busy around 11:30. Honest service from Dennis and Nancy Merryman.
Staff was friendly and quick. They had our meal ready before we even got to the pop machine to get our drinks. Lobby was very clean and inviting. It was nice to see a mix of high tops, booths, and regular chairs.
The roast beef still should get more meat then two slices of it and the curly fries should have more curls in it then regular looking fries but otherwise it was good.
The drive-thru experience was great, with friendly staff and prompt service. The food was fresh and delicious.
