I went to this Arby's today ordered the Roast beef classic with mayo extra leaf lettuce EXTRA ONION and tomato. There was two tiny rings of onion and my tomatoes were green and I mean green. I had a side salad asked for onion on it and there was one tiny piece of onion on my salad like what the heck does anyone know what extra means or to literally ADD and give what is asked for on a customers food order....I couldn't taste nor barely see any onions. The roast beef tastes really salty today as well. I've been disappointed and keep trying to eat at one of my favorite restaurants but I think I'm just done. This isn't the first review I have left and I don't think it's a point to anymore.
arbys is my stop. i get the french dip everywhere. stopped here to get usual. skimpped so bad on meat. showed the staff they said its weighted. I have Been eating these a long time they don't look like this basically manager told me this is the way to come she said I could have another one but it would just be the same thing I've decided I won't come back this one again fricken 13 dollars. after complaining which i try not do. they did give me another.
I got 2 chicken bacon swiss and they where fantastic I also got a smokehouse brisket and it tasted amazing I got 2 orders mozzarella sticks 6 pieces and 2 curly fries and all the food was absolutely amazing and the service was great was even given a coupon book in the bag which had made my night
Dining room not open. Drive thru only takes one persons order at a time from start to finish. So u end up waiting over 30 mins just to get your order placed. Plus side is the staff is usually very friendly.

Employees don't have good business socializing skills with customers. Employees could be friendlier or more up beat somewhere lies a problem with the management food is good though.
The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love the cheddar cheese fries; they're out of this world. It's a wonderful place to dine!
Sometimes you just need a plain roast beef sandwich. It was good. They did not ring in my side of cheese sauce for curly fries but gave me one when asked about it .
I enjoy their gyros Greek sandwich only they don't put enough meat on it. It's to be enjoyed with authentic Lamb meat and Greek style sauce, not cucumber sauce!
