Arby's came out with a hamburger (not a beef sandwich), and we went to give it a try. I went with the Waygu Bacon Ranch burger. My dinner partners had Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Stripes and the Roast Turkey Bacon Ranch deli sandwich. The big win for me was the Waygu Burger; it was juicy and flavourful. The Brioche bun was buttery. My partner enjoyed the Roast Turkey sandwich as it is a favorite of his. The consensus was that the fish strips were good but not great. The staff were attentive, and we felt they cared about our experience. The cashier thanked us for stopping in. The dining area was bland and dated.
We tried Arby’s for the first time thinking it would be better than Portillo’s. It turned out to be so far different, nothing close to the quality of Portillo’s food. 5 pc Chicken tenders were so dry and thin. Curly fries were cold and old. The brisket was so tiny, picture on the website was so far different. I though I would get that much meat. The picture was misleading. Never again Arby’s!!
Freezing cold inside, AC much too high. None of the condiments were filled. You had to get the stupid little packets from the counter which I hate. And the little beef slider sandwiches sure didn't have much meat in them. Where's the beef? The hush puppyfish were really quite excellent, which is what we went there for
Arby's has friendly service, I had a Classic Beef N? Cheddar meal my favorite, always good and I also tried the Chocolate Shake. I have to say I was very impressed with the Chocolate shake. It's really great. Good job Arby's and Arby's employees at thislocation! If you want high quality fast food, you found it.

I came for the great burger, and that’s it. Overall, Arby’s is always a solid choice. However, I have to admit that it doesn't quite agree with my stomach—maybe it's the excessive salt, but it’s not great for me.
The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. However, the bathroom experience was quite shocking. It felt like I had walked into a bizarre place, reminiscent of an outdoor gas station.
The food was fantastic! The burger was wonderful! I haven't visited an Arby's in quite some time, and it was a refreshing change! I'm really enjoying the new menu.
Ordered the Classic beef? N Cheddar meal. These are delicious! The food was good and hot! Their curly fries and shakes are good too. Excellent service. Good value.
