I really don't know why I keep giving this place another chance. I ordered a fresh fry and was told to park, as it would take just 2 minutes. After waiting 9 minutes and watching 6 cars go by, I went inside and found out my order should have already been brought to me. When I finally received the fries, they were far from fresh. I paid over $6 for a large fries and a medium peach lemonade, which was basically a tiny cup. Honestly, I might as well have stayed in the McDonald's drive-thru. The kid who handed me my fries was nice, but the food was just not worth it. To top it off, the cashier who told me to park seemed surprised that I hadn't received my order, but I'm sure he didn’t tell anyon...
Me and my hubby stopped by this one and ordered some food he ordered a chicken sandwich and he didn't like the honey mustard that came on it so he asked for mayo .when we got our food and left and when we stopped and got ready to eat our food he noticed they just gave him a dry sandwich he called an attitude the lady caught and attitude and hung up on him.Will never go back there they messed up your food and they get a attitude. They not even worth rating that was crappy service
If you’re considering the Arby's at 571 34th Road North, think again. They don’t have consistent hours—it’s hit or miss whether the lobby is open on any given day. Even when you’re the only car in the drive-thru line, they might still make you pull over and wait. To top it off, they seem to frequently forget your change and the sauces you requested. This Arby's just can’t seem to get it together.
I waited in the drive-thru for 37 minutes. When I arrived at work, I found that my order was wrong. I had requested a large sandwich but received a small one instead. Instead of the crinkle fries I ordered, I ended up with some unpleasant-tasting seasoned curly fries. I feel cheated and frustrated that I wasted over 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong items and lose my money.

Disappointed that no dine in service available now. Did not want to sit ouside in hot sun. Got food elsewher Normally I enjoy Arbys very much n hope can dine ondoors soon
I really enjoy their menu, especially the roast beef, knitter fries, and curly fries. Arby’s offers a fantastic selection of various meats and sides.
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff at this restaurant. I appreciated the efficiency with which they treated us.

The sandwiches have changed a bit I don't oike the thicker cuts on the roast beef but still excellent flavor
