I typically have no issues with Arby’s, but today was different. The cashier was unfriendly, loud, and quite rude. The voucher books were right in front of the register and were set to expire at the end of the month, yet they were not being issued. I'm not sure if it's because they stopped or just didn’t want to, but I had to ask for the book myself. When another customer requested it, the cashier handed it to her but then, somewhat dramatically, pulled the stack back and exclaimed, "Why are these vouchers even here?"
