I went through the Arby’s drive-thru tonight and was quite disappointed. The employee was unfriendly, and while they got our order right, the brisket sandwich I received was nothing like what was advertised. The amount of meat and the size of the sandwich were comparable to a mediocre McDonald’s cheeseburger. At $7, considering I had enjoyed a better one on previous visits, I felt cheated out of what should have been a quality sandwich. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive a receipt for my order, and I spent over $30 on several other sandwiches to take home for my family. I guess I'll stick to visiting Arby’s during lunch instead of after 8 PM.
The food at this restaurant is quite good. However, I waited 20 minutes for my meal to arrive, and it was lukewarm when I finally received it. The service was not particularly impressive. While the floor and tables were reasonably clean, they could use a bit more attention. The location is fantastic, right by the freeway, and the parking is adequate. Overall, it's worth visiting this place—it's a great spot! Just keep in mind that it can be a bit pricey, but I usually have a coupon, so it doesn't end up costing too much. Without a coupon, it can be quite expensive.
Their hours are incorrect. On 08/14/2022 around 11:00 PM, the drive-thru sign was lit and the drive-thru appeared open, but no staff were present and there were no notices. A line of cars waited, and when someone finally came out, they simply said it was closed despite the schedule showing they were open until 1 AM. It felt like they were treating customers unfairly, opening and closing whenever they wanted.
I stopped by to use my birthday club reward and had to buy a sandwich to get free curly fries and a regular shake. I was surprised they don’t offer strawberry shakes! Aside from that, everything was good. It had been a while since I last bought a beef and cheddar, and I was shocked at how much the price has increased. However, there was plenty of meat to justify it.

So I decided to try the new steak burger they have and the burger was good but the crinkled fries were soo dry and they just taste super old like they were frozen for years before serving .. so $13 combo wasn't really worth it , I should have just gotten the burger alone
I hadn't been to Arby's in a long time. When I saw the place, it brought back memories of eating potato cakes in primary school. I thought the roast beef sandwiches were bigger than when I was younger. The sauce still tastes the same. The service was excellent.
I had some issues with this restaurant in the past, but I've noticed significant improvements recently. Both the service and the food quality are much better than they were a year ago. I'm really glad I decided to give it another chance.
Today, I ordered my usual sliders, but they were dry and tough. When I opened one up, I found this. It looks like the food is being prepared by people who aren't paying attention to cleanliness. It's unfortunate, but that's the reality.

There wasn't any line and I got my food quickly. My gyro was fresh but the fries were a little old but I'm guessing it was because of the lack of business. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
The dining area was immaculate, and the staff was both attentive and welcoming. The food was fantastic. I will certainly be coming back!
