Interview ScheduleI am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience my son had over at this Jack in Box during his scheduled interviews at your establishment.My son had received a confirmed interview schedule, both today and the prior Saturday. However, on both occasions, he was informed that the manager was not available. I have been going here for many years….the staff for the most part are very friendly and accommodating.Every once inthe while I get a stick-in the mud or someone who is not a regular employee that doesn’t perform as well as the others…The food is usually prepared well and occasionally do they miss an item or don’t fix it as requested but overall very satisfied.. I do have an issue that needs to be addressed to corporate or franchisee…this is not the place for that…OVERALL pretty satisfied
This is the second worst Jack in the Box I've been to. They are either closed even though it clearly states they are open 24 hours, or they run out of tacos. I wouldn't have given them a negative review if I hadn't experienced this at multiple locations. It's frustrating, and I would rather drive 10 miles to get better service.
Stop by to get the red monster tacos 2 for 3.00 in the drive thru, offer is plastered all over, once i pull up to the speaker, girl/lady on the speaker tells me they dont make them anymore, but they have promo posted all over restaurant...this is all I wanted, now Im was stuck in lane with cars in front and back...bull shiiiit

The dining room was closed on Sunday, November 27. I'm not sure why; perhaps they were short-staffed. This location is in Ontario on Euclid. The food portions were too large for one person, and I had sourdough. My drink cost $10.23.
This restaurant is a wonderful place to have a meal with your family. The drive-thru service is outstanding, and the staff is quick, friendly, and extremely respectful.
Food was great, but the inside was gross. And the bathroom. Don't get me started on the bathroom....
The food is excellent, I always get exactly what I want and can't wait for my next visit.
