I am a HUGE Tommy's fan, I am born and raised in LA so I was excited to find a Tommy's location in Chino. I was sadly disappointed with the service food. I used the drive thru to place my order everything was fine until I got my order. I asked for chile peppers (because they are must when eating Tommy's) the associate seemed annoyed I when I was handed my food -by a different person (not the person who charged me) he practically came out of the drive thru window to shove the food in my face. I order a double chile cheese burger, which was good but the yellow pepper were horrible! They looked old, they were dried out, and one of them had a dark spot inside of it. First of all, I have to say that the chili was terrible. It tasted like it came straight from a bag or can—definitely not fresh. The burgers ended up soggy because of the chili. The staff were really rude, and I couldn't even ask for condiments because they just tossed the bag at me and walked away. I won’t be returning to this place. They claim to have the best chili in the world, which is laughable. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
The ladies in this establishment are always so attentive, courteous, and efficient. I ordered the Double chili cheese burger and chili fries, they were absolutely delicious. I've been coming to this location for the past three years and they have consistent flavors. The chili tastes the same as when I first had it three years ago. The dinning area and restrooms are always neat and clean. Great food, excellent customer service, five stars! Cheers
The restaurant has a clean vibe and the service was quick and friendly. After a swim, we arrived hungry, and the boys claimed it was the best chili fries they had ever tasted. Everyone ordered a combo, and we heard the fries being prepared right after we placed our order. We all left feeling completely satisfied. There's nothing quite like chili burgers and chili fries to satisfy some hungry teenagers!

When I had originally gone there it was coming home a bit later [Not midnight type of late but more of 7 pm]. When we had gotten our food and I got to my burger I noticed that it somehow still had been cold to eat and uneven in temperatures making it very uncomfortable to eat. I wouldn't recommend it unless they update how their food is prepared as no one would want a lukewarm to fridge temp burger.
Still always a favorite place to go on my way home. Fast service , efficient and pretty clean as well. Never had a bad thing there. Chili cheese fries still my favorite, ask for fries to be well done you can Thank me later .......Food: 5/5
I had the $12 #4 chili dog combo. Very tasty, glad a knife and fork was included, as it was hard to eat otherwise. The soda was large and I like the thick cut fries. No negatives, all good. Very friendly drive thru service.
Love this Tommy's location. Good chili everything! Some Tommy's aren't as good, but this one has always been good quality. Bought the chili in a container. Used it on several things and still have some left.

I absolutely love the Chili Cheese Burgers at this place. They are fantastic! The first one I ever tried was back in 1992. Whenever I see a Tommy's, I always make sure to stop in. Food: 5/5.
