During my latest visit, I was asked to step forward in line to make space for other customers behind me. I complied, but when I later asked for an additional item, one of the staff members remarked that I should mention everything I needed at once to avoid them having to go back. I've visited several other sandwich shops where the staff always inquires if I need anything else, but that didn’t happen here. I pointed out to the employee that I hadn't been asked anything before being asked to move up, and she simply replied, "Hmm, okay, but next time, order everything together."
It appears that they could really benefit from better training on how to prepare orders and serve each customer effe...
I would like to start by highlighting the exceptional service at this restaurant. The staff is not only friendly but also very trustworthy, and the flexible hours they offer are a huge plus. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience. I especially want to commend Manager Kailey, who has consistently provided me with five-star service and has been incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend dining here.
I bought three veggie footlongs to go, but they didn’t include any napkins. Hopefully, it was just an oversight. Nowadays, you have to double-check everything because they expect you to ask for it. It seems like these large corporations are cutting corners to increase profits. It’s really inconvenient for customers. I guess the days when they prioritized customer service are long gone. This seems to be the norm everywhere now.
I took my three grandchildren, all under 10, to eat there, and our total came to $36 for the four of us. I was shocked by the prices! The kids ordered small sandwiches, and I got a small sandwich as well. I honestly couldn't believe how expensive it was. After this experience, I will never go to a Subway again. When I brought up my concerns with the male supervisor, he seemed indifferent and simply said, "That's the prices."

This Subway location is a bit hidden since it’s inside a business center, making it not very easy to find from the street. They offer the usual Subway menu, along with a wider selection of fountain drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning for lunch.
A huge thank you to Andrea and her team! They prepared 60 sandwiches for us, neatly cut them in half, wrapped them, and had everything ready right on time. The sandwiches were tasty and brought a lot of joy to a group of 100 teenagers. They were truly a pleasure to work with!
It has been a while since our last visit to this restaurant, but since my son's fundraiser is associated with it, we decided to go there tonight. I really appreciate the new menu options, and we may think about coming back in the future.
I was shocked to pay $36 for three kids' sandwiches and a half sandwich. I definitely won't be going back to Subway. Additionally, the employee was unfriendly and didn't even smile.
