My mother and aunt were in the mood for Arby's. The prices are a bit on the higher side for fast food, but they send out vouchers in our weekly food delivery. It was my first time trying it, and I wasn't feeling hungry until I spotted the white cheddar mac and cheese. It was surprisingly good for a fast food place! I regret not taking a picture of their medium black and white shakes, which were more like extra-large. They absolutely loved them!
The Diablo Sandwich definitely hot but good. I couldn't handle eating the sandwich and the French fries. I like hot and spicy food but that was too much for me. The service was okay, nice but nothing special or unusual. The floor near the soda machinewas extremely sticky. I was the only customer. It wasn't busy one of the workers or even the manager should have clean thatfloor.
I had a voucher for a free signature sandwich with drinks purchase. I got the Roast Beef Max Sandwich with a medium drink and large Curly Fries. As usual, the Roast Beef and Curly Fries were fresh and mouthwater! There was also a decent selection of drinks optimally working with each well. Customer service was excellent and the building was clean and well maintained.
The kitchen was understaffed, but the woman at the front was incredibly valuable and handled things remarkably well. She even took the time to train a new staff member while maintaining her composure. I really admire her for that. People working in the food service industry often don't get paid enough for the challenges they face. Réservez une table maintenant
I personally am not an Arby's fan but my dad wanted one of their sandwiches so we headed to Arby's. But even though I don't like Arby's food, I found a yummy treat which made a perfect bedtime snack. They had one Apple and One Cherry pie. I got them bothand headed home. Best bedtime snack ever!!
Visited around 8:30 tonight and the person working the drive thru was VERY RUDE for No Reason. If you don't want to be nice then don't work a customer service job. Needless to say we left, and after reading some of these other reviews, won't ever come backto this location.
I went through the drive-thru to place my order. The staff are generally friendly and polite, which is nice. The food is good, especially the beef. However, I found that some of the spices can be a bit too salty. On a positive note, the Jamocha hat is fantastic!
Not busy at all at noon. Ordered the RB Gyro and was served a lamb Gyro, which they corrected immediately. Fast, friendly service since the 70's in Clifton Heights. Réservez une table maintenant
The pommes were cold and the order was wrong. It was my fault I didn't check before I left. Had better experiences here before. I don't know what happened.
