Arby's - Réserver une table

I pulled up and was not greeted at the order board. When I pulled to the window the employee was getting out of the bathroom putting his headset on. I smiled at him and he held his finger up to me with he took the customer BEHINDs order. When he openedthe window, there was no apology. I ordered 4 classics and 2 crinkle fries. It came to $25. So I asked if they were done withthe 4 for $10. He said yes. It is advertised at every other arbys and on TV. So I asked him to change it to 3. He was visiblyannoyed. After he took my payment, he handed me my receipt and card crumbled up together. Said hold on a minute, I need to gomake sandwiches. Went straight to back line and started making sandwiches...

Very disappointing. Dining room was closed, rude employees, and incomplete order (no fries or horsey sauce). Food was average, at best. Where is the management oversight? I?ll give this place 6 months before they go out of business. We will not be goingback.

I've been here several times lately. I'm glad to say that the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I am absolutely grateful for the amazing service. You can say that the employees are really happy to be there and they work hard to take care of their customers.

I had to pull forward to wait on their new pie. When I received my food the fries, chicken sandwich, and mozzarella sticks were cold and nasty. The soda was mostly carbonation. Just threw our order away and went somewhere else

You now have a menu of Entrees, to which I am very interested and enthusiastic. You have a lot more than just a bunch of cut beef in a bun, now! Great improvement in the menu! Many good places.
