For many years this Arby 's was my favorite location they had really great managers and a wonderful staff. However over the past several months it has gone badly wrong they are having many problems getting it right and I sympathize greatly with thededicated employees that try to keep this location going. But unfortunately I 've decided I must start using a differentlocation. Also another review here is from a guy who showed up and found this location closed at the time it should be open andthe owner responded that hours may vary to call ahead to confirm....but i must push back against that: i was also therethat same day the problem was simply that nobody showed up to operate it there was abs...
Multiple times the store is closed at 8 and not 10. I understand it's due to short staff. Also sometimes they don't open till noon instead of 10am. At least now they put a sign out. I have also had my order wrong at least 4 times in past month. I wasgiven a cheese covered sandwich instead of number 2 roast beef. Hopefully Arby's can get the help they need and employeesaren't being stretched thin.. Update still oddball hours. Now most times they close before 8pm. They need to change their hourson Google. And no I should not have to call the store Everytime I want to eat to verify hours. That's the dumbest answer I haveseen given by Arby's. Also multiple times they're not open till noon now.....
Went to pick up some lunch today, and this location was out of ALL fries and had no carbonated drinks. No big deal, supplies are hard to get right now. I want to compliment Keannen handling the drive thru. She was courteous and kept a smile on her face. Give that girl a medal and a raise. Also, I saw another review complaining about them closing early and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the same guy that broke the drive thru window. My beef and cheddar was awesome! Thanks!
This is generally a very good Arby's. Not sure why the dining room was closed and only the drive through open, but got our food and ate in the car. Fries were so wonderfully hot and fresh we nearly burned our mouths trying to eat them! That's the way Ilike them! Good people, good service, good food.

Shift manager April always closes early. Worst Arbys in the DFW. Went to order an hour before close and we were denied service and told by a man in the back he would get a gun. He actually went to ran to his car and got whatever was in the back. Didn’t stay around to see what he had.
I love Arby's, but this one was out of almost everything so I ordered just a regular roast beef sandwich. The girl couldn't even get that right. Told me my order was almost $12. What for a beef sandwich? She tried to give me someone else's order and it wasn't that busy
The girl in the drive thru was rude from the start at the speaker she had a attitude then when I got to the window it was even more awkward I watched her rolling her neck while taking another order. You could have stayed home if you didn?t want to be atwork
I visited for a late lunch and tried their Delicious Roast Beef and Cheddar with fries and a drink. I was happy with my meal and the staff was very friendly. I appreciate good service in a drive-thru. I will definitely return!

Be careful, the staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves. The side machines were down and they didn't offer discount for ordering a meal. They don't have any condiments. Ask and they get snooty with you.
I recently tried the Corned Beef Reuben sandwich at this restaurant for the first time, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely be returning.
